Shari N. Warner is a licensed attorney and licensed marriage and family therapist who brings a rare and powerful interdisciplinary approach to women’s mental health and wellness. As the founder of Serendipity Counseling and Consulting, LLC, she specializes in guiding women through life’s most pivotal transitions—including menopause—with compassion, clinical expertise, and lived experience.
A surgical menopause survivor herself, Shari combines over a decade of experience in mental health counseling with a deep commitment to educating and empowering women facing the emotional, cognitive, and relational impacts of hormonal change. Her work centers on integrative, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy, helping clients manage symptoms like anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, and identity shifts with resilience and self-compassion.
Through her non-profit initiatives and annual women’s health events, Shari has become a trusted voice in destigmatizing menopause and expanding public awareness. Her insights have helped shape community conversations and therapeutic approaches that acknowledge menopause as both a biological event and a psychological milestone. She is especially passionate about addressing the mind-body connection and advocating for personalized, holistic care models.
Shari is honored to serve on the Advisory Board of The Menopause Association, where she contributes her clinical insight and advocacy experience to advance the mission of elevating menopause care, education, and support for women nationwide.
